This is the card I made for Pollycraft challenge #41 (Make your own flowers). The image is of Fluffy from Pollycraft. He looks a little mischievious and so he has picked some of the flowers he sees and is hiding them behind his back. I love this cute little monster!
I saw a tutorial for this type of stair step card on http://juliedavison.com/ . She has directions that you can print out for your own use.
I colored Fluffy with Copic markers and put some crystal laquer on his eyes to make them shine. The flowers were punched out with a Stampin up punch and cupped. I glued the flowers to wire and inserted them into the grass with glue dots. The grass is made with my blade runner and glass mat. Paper for grass is from P.T.I. blue and green print stack, and the ribbon is also P.T.I. "New Leaf". The sentiment was created by myself on my Photoshop program.This was a fun project!! I will be doing more of these when I have extra time for crafting, because they do take a little longer to make than a regular card.
